i keep getting weird junk mail in my school account with crazy subject lines. the weirdest one was tonight: panties response.
what does that mean? why would that make me want to open it?
ah well...time for sleep.

- I recently graduated with my Ph.D. in Sociology and I'm still trying to get used to the fact that I'm done with school forever. I've been teaching in my first faculty position since August 07, which is going well. Not sure what's next on the horizon, but I know I will figure it out. Currently, I'm living back in Iowa and readjusting to life in the Midwest. In general, I'm pretty laid back, funny, and open minded. Love movies, playing golf, takin' it easy with friends, drinking coffee, writing in my journal, road trips, traveling, beer, wine, and white russians, and monkeys. :) Hmmm...what else? I miss being close to friends who are far away, but it has been nice meeting new people and being closer to family. I think those are the basics. :) Thanks for reading.

Why would you not want to open that email?! Don't you care what your panties have to say in response to some unknown something? How rude!
My personal favorite is "Feeling Well? Don't click here." As though everyone sitting in a dark office atmosphere all day listening to people's problems could feel poorly...
